What this site is

This website presents our equipment and lets you send an inquiry. It is a catalogue, not an online shop. You cannot buy, pay or order on the site, and we do not publish transaction prices here. Every figure becomes binding only in a written quotation or contract we sign with you.

Product information

We describe specifications, dimensions, photos and configurations as accurately as we can, but we improve our machines continuously and our suppliers change components. Specifications, images and standard fittings may change without notice and may differ between markets and production batches.

Treat the figures here as a guide. The exact model, specification and price for your order are the ones stated in our formal quotation.

Quotations and orders

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve stock or a price. A sale exists only when we both sign a contract or proforma invoice setting out model, specification, price, delivery terms and payment terms.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, drawings, logos and layout of this site belong to Jining Zhongmai Machinery Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent. The Zhongmai name and logo are our marks.

Export, import and local compliance

Our equipment is sold for export from China. You are responsible for import duties, registration, safety certification, emissions rules and any operating licences required where the machine will be used. Confirm that the model you want is permitted in your country before ordering.

Limitation of liability

The content on this site is provided “as is” for general information and does not amount to a warranty or professional advice. Product warranties, if any, are those written into your contract. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website content or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and disputes connected with the website are subject to the competent courts of Shandong Province, China, unless a signed contract states otherwise.
